About Lewis Equity Group
Lewis Equity Group is a Long Island-based real estate investment company. We invest our own capital to acquire, entitle, and develop real estate. Our focus is Suffolk County, particularly Brookhaven, Riverhead, and Southold. We look at each property individually, considering both its current use and its future possibilities, and work directly with its owner to discuss a purchase.
Founder & Owner
Andrew Lewis
Andrew is the founder and owner of Lewis Equity Group. Whether you are responding to a letter from us or reaching out on your own, you speak directly with him. He takes the time to hear what brings you to the conversation and what you would like to accomplish.
Andrew grew up on Long Island and earned his BBA and MBA at Hofstra University. His father worked in real estate and introduced him to the field. He was drawn to the tangible nature of real estate and the independence of building his own business. He also values the opportunity to help people make informed decisions about property that matters to them.
You work with the same person from the first conversation through closing. Andrew stays involved with you, your attorney, and the other professionals handling the sale. He keeps you informed and remains available to answer any questions you may have.

Lewis Realty Group LLC is our affiliated, separately licensed New York real estate brokerage. It represents buyers and sellers and advises on acquisitions, dispositions, market analysis, and leasing. Representation requires a separate brokerage engagement. Andrew can explain how that relationship differs from selling directly to Lewis Equity Group.
