Selected property projects

Working through a boundary issue

37 & 39 Aloma Rd

A prior public listing had failed because a property boundary was misrecorded in county records. Andrew coordinated with his title company, whose counsel resolved the boundary-record issue. He purchased both homes, completed their renovations and subsequently sold them.

Obtaining missing municipal documentation

29 Overhill Rd

The inherited house lacked a Certificate of Occupancy or Certificate of Existing Use, leaving its records unresolved. Andrew purchased the property, personally obtained a Certificate of Existing Use, completed the renovation and resold the house.

Subdivision and land approvals

VL Overhill Rd

This vacant parcel involved a minor subdivision and lot-area and setback requirements. Andrew purchased the land, completed the subdivision, obtained the variances and secured the entitlements. He then sold the parcel with that approval work completed.

Renovating an inherited, damaged house

61 Zenith Rd

The inherited house had been abandoned and suffered flooding from burst pipes, leaving a property that needed extensive work. Andrew purchased the house, carried out the renovation and resold it after the work was complete.
