Our Role as Purchaser
Lewis Equity Group LLC invests its own capital to acquire, entitle, and develop real estate. When discussing a direct purchase, we act as a prospective purchaser for our own account and investment interests. We may benefit financially from owning, improving, developing, or reselling the property.
Andrew’s Role
Andrew Lewis is a licensed New York real estate broker and the founder and owner of Lewis Equity Group. In a direct purchase by Lewis Equity Group, he acts on behalf of the purchaser. His license and communications with an owner do not, by themselves, establish a brokerage relationship with that owner.
Separate Brokerage Services
Lewis Realty Group LLC is an affiliated, separately licensed New York real estate brokerage. Brokerage representation through Lewis Realty Group requires a separate engagement. Any existing brokerage relationship must be addressed separately before a direct purchase proceeds; this notice does not change existing agreements or agency obligations.

You should engage your own attorney to advise you on the sale and review the proposed terms and contract. You may also seek advice from your own real estate broker, tax adviser, or other professionals.
