A direct sale for the home you have.
Whether the house needs repairs, has been inherited or no longer fits your plans, we can discuss a purchase before you prepare it for a listing.

The house and its condition
Share the address, whether anyone lives in the house and what you know about its condition. Describe damage, unfinished projects or areas that may be difficult to inspect.
Belongings and unfinished work
Explain what you want to take, leave or finish before selling. The purchase agreement should identify any cleanout or repairs Lewis Equity Group would handle and what remains your responsibility.
Your move and closing timeline
A move, family arrangements or another purchase may affect when you can hand over the house. Discuss the proposed closing date and access arrangements along with the conditions that still need to be met.
Questions about selling your house
Do I need a renovation estimate before we speak?
No. Tell Andrew about the condition, known damage and unfinished work. Existing photos, reports or estimates can help, but a conversation can begin without them.
Can we discuss an inherited house that still has belongings inside?
Yes. Explain the condition, what remains in the house and who is involved in the decision. Any arrangements for belongings or cleanout would be agreed in writing, and your lawyer confirms authority to sell.
What if I need to coordinate the sale with a move?
Share your preferred dates and what they depend on, including another purchase or family arrangements. The proposal should explain the schedule and conditions; an initial target date is not a guaranteed closing date.
What if additions or past work have missing paperwork?
Start with what you know about the work and any notices or documents you have. Andrew can investigate what a purchase would require. The agreement should identify the records or approvals still needed and who would handle them.
Let’s talk about what comes next.
Tell Andrew about your property, even if you haven’t decided to sell.
