We invest our own capital and act as the buyer. Andrew discusses the proposed price, timing, and terms directly with you, and your attorney will review the proposed agreement with you before you decide whether to proceed. If a listing better suits your plans, Andrew can discuss that separate option through Lewis Realty Group.
